Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

The returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
